What we collect and why
When you join, we store your email address, signup date, and a record of your agreement to receive Beetley Pet launch news and product updates. We use these details to manage the waiting list and contact you about our launch and products.
Your choice
The consent box is optional to tick, but you must agree to these updates to join the waiting list. You can withdraw that consent at any time. Joining does not place an order or create a customer account.
Leaving the list
After a new signup, we show a personal link you can save to remove your email. You can also ask us to remove or correct your details by emailing enquires@beetleypet.com. Please write from the address you joined with. Any updates we send will include a way to leave the list.
Storage and access
Your signup is stored in a hosted database provided through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. Beetley Pet can access the list through a protected export. We do not sell the waiting list. We keep your details while the list is used for the updates you agreed to, unless you leave or request removal.
Cookies and basic protection
This page does not add advertising or analytics cookies. To limit automated signups, the service briefly stores a changing hash derived from your network address and the time window, plus an attempt count. These protection records expire after 20 minutes and are cleared on subsequent valid signup attempts. Hosting providers may also process technical request data to operate and protect the service.
